When your galvanised ducting starts showing discolouration, rust or holes, it means that the system cannot operate effectively anymore – in fact, it becomes a hazard.

According to the latest regulations, galvanised canopies are a big “no-no”. So, it’s time to say “au revoir” to your trusty canopy and upgrade to a stainless steel model.
#3 The space issue
Your business is growing, which means there will come a time when your cooking equipment has increased so much, that it no longer fits under your canopy. Time for a bigger system!
#4 Damaged ducting
