#1 They Don’t Have Accreditation
As an extraction installation or servicing specialist, we ensure that we have all the right accreditations to provide you with the highest quality service. So, why is this important to you, you ask? Simple. If you use a non-accredited company and something happens to your extraction system – let’s say, a fire breaks out – your insurance company will not cover the damages.
The same goes for health and safety – if someone falls off the roof and gets injured, and the company doesn’t have a Letter of Good Standing, YOU become liable for that person’s injuries. That’s why we spend the bucks to ensure that we are fully accredited, and you get the best possible service.
#2 There are No Guarantees
Most back-alley companies will only offer you a one or two week guarantee on the extraction system – if even that. This means that, if something goes wrong a month or so later, you are completely on your own – and suddenly that cheap quote you accepted turns into a much more expensive job.
Whereas IKCS covers the installation and hardware with a 10-year warranty* as a quality assurance and guarantee that we are completely confident in the extraction system we’ve installed. Even our extraction system service comes with a 3-month guarantee so that, if anything goes wrong in this time, we come back FREE OF CHARGE.
#3 Who Does the Maintenance?
Did you know that IKCS is one of the only companies in South Africa that install AND maintain your extraction system? While we are happy to service an extraction system we did not install, it is to your advantage to use one company for both. Why?
Because we know the quality of work we do – and there’s nothing worse than having to service a sub-par extraction system and tell a client “we cannot give any guarantees”. If you install with us, we ensure that your extraction system stays under warranty for as long as possible, and that you are fully covered against any sort of incidents.
